Who we are
In the dynamic world of Banking and NPL ecosystem, precision, trust, and performance are non–negotiable – and that is exactly where our Quality Assurance Team shines. We are the proud guardians of QC and QLM Products’ quality.
With 34 dedicated professionals, ranging from Associates to Senior Manual and Automation QAs, we commit to quality at every stage of the Software Development Lifecycle and make sure every delivery is (and stays) reliable.

We support quality on the below products within the QUALCO world:
- Qualco Collections & Recoveries: An end-to-end Debt collections Management platform
- QLM: Loan administration software

The QA clock never stops ticking! From decoding complex requirements to wrapping up UAT cycles before the coffee cools, every day is meaningfully full. We chase bugs, report them with style, and make sure every feature works just as beautifully as imagined.
Each of our six QA teams owns its projects, clients, and features — but when deadlines heat up, we come together.
That is what keeps our QA world shining: collaboration over competition and a shared passion for results.

As QA Leads:
→ Within our world, complexity is the standard. We oversee multiple projects and dependencies while maintaining a focus on team development. Requirements twist: deadlines, sprint, and features evolve faster than our test cases can load. Sometimes, as QA Leads, we are not managing test cycles; we are decoding Puzzles. And when timelines tighten or complexity grows, we are the first ones to jump in and help our team.
As Senior QAs in manual testing:
→ We embrace complex testing challenges to ensure system stability and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. We contribute to requirements’ reviews and high-level effort estimations, and we carefully plan, design, and execute test cases for complex feature implementations. During User Acceptance Testing, we facilitate defect identification, reproduction, and resolution. We also support our teammates by sharing knowledge and guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a deep understanding of the product across the team.
As Automation Testing Professionals:
→ We participate in Analysis, design and Automation for repeated manual tests and integrate them into CI/CD Pipelines to enhance our Regression testing suite and ensure that previous features are not impacted by latest implementations.
As QA Engineers:
→ We focus on detailed test cases and data preparation, meticulous test execution across Major Product Releases or Client implementations, and client support during UAT. By ensuring test cases are well designed and executed efficiently, we help verify business requirements, identify and resolve defects, and support all involved parties in delivering high-quality software.

This cut manual test design effort by 20%, and we are already expanding the approach to QC test design as well.
