Until the next one, here are some highlights from our latest Business Days experience, marking our third consecutive participation as Qualco Technology and our first as Qualco Group. Through our presence across both days, we aimed to strengthen our connection with the next generation of talent and showcase the breadth of opportunities available within our organisation.

Business Day is a remarkable initiative by the Panorama of Entrepreneurship & Career Development and the Athens University of Economics & Business, offering students, graduates, and young professionals the opportunity to explore career paths, visit leading companies, and network with industry professionals.

During these special days, participants had the opportunity to experience life from within, both at a group level and within Qualco Technology specifically, through presentations, tours of our facilities, workshops, interactive networking sessions and challenges.

For the first time, we had the chance to showcase our entire group of companies, offering visitors a unique experience of our mission, our 25+ years of growth, and our sustainability commitments. Participants also explored our core departments, including Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, Marketing, Finance, Software Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management (PM), Intelligent Decisions, and Supply Chain Finance, gaining an in-depth view of each business unit. Following the lunch break, participants joined an interactive workshop and role-play session focused on employability skills. Our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team shared practical insights and actionable CV tips for navigating today’s job market and preparing for a successful career journey.

The day concluded with direct networking between our professionals and visitors, followed by an engaging challenge that invited participants to share what #LifeAtQualcoGroup means to them. The activity closed on a high note, with winners receiving special gifts and plenty of positive energy to carry forward.

Dive into #QTechConnect: A Day for Tech Enthusiasts

As the technology backbone of Qualco Group, Qualco Technology hosted #QTechConnect for the third consecutive year, bringing the spark of the tech world to our visitors. Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to discover our company’s purpose and explore our core technology departments, including Intelligent Decisions, Strategic Projects, Business Process & Applications, Project Management, and Quality Assurance.

Following lunch and guided tours of our premises, attendees took part in interactive workshops. Divided into three groups, they were challenged to design an Internship Management Software System, which they later had the opportunity to present for feedback. The session offered a hands-on experience, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and real-world problem-solving.

The day concluded with our signature challenge and gift-giving, where participants shared their perspectives on #LifeAtQualco.
