The solution: We offered real estate underwriting advisory services for the binding acquisition phase of the non-performing loan portfolio in Galaxy (EUR 10 billion) and CAIRO (EUR 9 billion) projects.

The solution: During the binding phase, we provided advisory on acquiring a €1.4 billion NPL portfolio, providing credit and real estate workout advice.

The challenge: Blantyre Capital, a special situations investment firm focused on partnering with companies in relaunching good businesses with temporary financial challenges, needed assistance with the Trinity project.
The solution: We provided the firm with Asset Management services and disposal of REO property services across the Trinity project valued at €40 million.
