The solution: We offered real estate underwriting advisory services for the binding acquisition phase of the non-performing loan portfolio in Galaxy (EUR 10 billion) and CAIRO (EUR 9 billion) projects.

The challenge: Blantyre Capital, a special situations investment firm focused on partnering with companies in relaunching good businesses with temporary financial challenges, needed assistance with the Trinity project.
