Real Estate Investing
We offer investment opportunities in real estate assets through NPL acquisitions and assets that previously served as collateral in financially distressed situations across both single ticket and portfolio transactions. We engage in single ticket ones that other market participants often miss due to their focus on large portfolios while focusing on active asset management by applying enhancing techniques to each asset. In parallel, we leverage resources and partner networks to source opportunities in NPLs by putting bilateral and relationship-driven negotiations into practice.
QCG is a Luxembourg domiciled Special Opportunities fund set up to acquire assets in Greece and Cyprus that have been underserved as a result of the financial distress of the original borrowers.
SME Alternative Lending
CNL Capital provides short and medium-term financing solutions to the SME industry consisting of two main categories of alternative lending: working and development capital. To this end, we offer short-term financing solutions (up to 12 months) covering the needs of SMEs in terms of working capital that derive either from invoices’ overdue payments or new disbursements.
