At Qualco Group, collaboration and building things together are at the heart of everything we do. This year, Qualco, the technology backbone of our Group, proudly celebrated the Teams of the Year Awards 2025, an initiative created to recognise and reward the outstanding engagement, continuous collaboration, and energy demonstrated by our #Qteams.

Our award-winning teams had the opportunity to celebrate their achievements during a ceremony that brought together colleagues from different departments, locations, and backgrounds. It was an event dedicated to honouring the teamwork, innovation, and dedication that move us forward. From cross-functional projects to technical breakthroughs, each winning team proved that when we work together, we can truly go above and beyond.

Shaping Success Together

From the beginning, our goal was to ensure transparency and embrace our #Qculture. With that in mind, we designed six distinct award categories, all grounded in our values. We gave every QUALCO #Qmember the opportunity to nominate and vote for their colleagues, recognising their efforts openly and inclusively.

This transparent process strengthened trust, encouraged appreciation, and amplified the sense of our #Qcommunity. Each winning team received a physical award trophy during the ceremony, as well as team-bonding experiences of their choice, designed to reward, inspire, and further strengthen collaboration.
