Here’s how we prioritise Diversity & Inclusion throughout our recruitment process:
Inclusive Job Descriptions: We craft inclusive job ads that clearly reflect our culture of openness and belonging. Our goal is for every potential candidate — regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, or background — to feel not only welcome but valued.
Fair and Objective Screening: Our recruitment process follows well-established procedures designed to ensure fairness at every stage. CVs are reviewed solely based on skills and capabilities, with no bias towards the application source. Each candidate is evaluated through a clear, structured process applied uniformly.
Consistent, Meaningful Interviews: We use semi-structured interviews to balance consistency with meaningful dialogue. Every candidate is assessed against shared values and role-specific requirements — because we hire people, not just technical skills.
Ongoing Training and Development: Continuous learning is key to staying inclusive. Each year, our Talent Acquisition team hosts the Interviewing Skills Training series, inviting all hiring managers to participate. These interactive sessions focus on best practices, key dos and don’ts, and equip managers to conduct fair, inclusive, and bias-free interviews. By empowering our managers, we build diverse, well-rounded teams that bring fresh perspectives, spark innovation, and enrich our workplace culture.
