Mr. Tsakalotos is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Qualco Group, serving on its Executive Committee and overseeing its client and business areas, including broad strategy-setting and resource management.

Looking to a new era of sustainability and solidarity, Mr. Tsakalotos has a broad range of academic, cultural, environmental, and public service interests.

Mr. Georgantzis is the CEO and founding partner of the Qualco Group.

Over the past two decades, he has expanded the business into new markets internationally with an increased workforce of more than 800 employees globally.

Mr. Amallos has served as Non-Executive Director on the Board of Hellenic Petroleum SA (2009-2013) and as a Partner at Singular S.A, where he held the positions of Financial Director and Assistant General Manager.

He is a former Director of Oneworld SA, Decision SA, Euroskills SA, Sanyocom SA, AMTE SA and Panathinaikos FSA.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Retzekas is responsible for overseeing the organization’s expansion and has a key role in developing new products or services, identifying new markets to enter, and creating strategies to achieve the growth targets of the Group.

With 20 years of experience in the banking and technology industries in Greece and Europe, Mr. Vardaramatos has an extensive track record in successful debt portfolio management strategy formulation and efficient operations design.

As the CEO, he leads Quant’s strategy from the early days of the company’s establishment and license acquisition from the Bank of Greece.

Mr. Gkikopoulos worked in Sales & Trading and Industrial Production before joining McKinsey.

In 2016, he set up IPSoft’s European cognitive business out of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. From 2018 to 2022, he established Infosys’ Global AI and Automation practice.

As the Chief Innovation Officer at the Qualco Group, he is responsible for the overall strategy, setting an Enablement Office to implement Group-wide strategic projects.

As an experienced quantitative trader, Mr. Pittaras is a team leader in both trading and research environments in various organisations, from boutique hedge funds to top-tier investment banks, such as IKOS CIF Limited and Axiom Market Neutral Fund.

With a long track record in statistical arbitrage and factor-neutral strategies, he holds the position of Executive Director of Data Science at the Qualco Group.

Mr. Kontopoulos has been Qualco Group’s CFO since 2019.

Prior to that, he held various senior positions, most notably at Intralot as Commercial Operations Director and SingularLogic as Chief Financial Officer.

He has a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Boston University.

Mr. Mounsey brings over two decades of expertise in M&A and corporate restructuring for Private Equity and corporates. He previously served as a Director at Grant Thornton LLP Corporate Finance & Transaction Services. Before joining Qualco Group, he held the position of CIO at Hoist Finance UK, where he led the acquisitions and post-deal consolidation and integration of the Lewis Group.

With more than 24 years of international experience in the Banking Industry, Securities Services Businesses, and Information Technology Industry, Mr. Foinikopoulos has a proven record of success in Audit, Operational Risk (OpR), Compliance, Anti-Fraud, Project Management, Business Continuity, and Information Risk areas.
