Application

You can find all our open roles here and search by location, business unit, or keywords. Once you complete your application, our recruitment team will review it. If your CV matches the open position, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a 1st round online interview via Microsoft Teams to meet you.
Please keep in mind that if your first application was unsuccessful, it is more a matter of timing than a reflection of your qualifications and skills. Don’t let that stop you from applying to other roles in the future.

1st round interview

This is a 45’ behavior-based conversation where you will have the opportunity to meet a member of the Talent Acquisition team and briefly talk about you, your skills, and the role. You will get an in-depth view of the organisation and envision how you would fit into our workplace culture. We will also be happy to answer any questions you might have for us.

Assessment

Depending on the position, you may be assigned to complete an online assessment [Bryq] or case study.

2nd round interview with hiring managers

If you complete the 1st interview, you will be asked to have a 60’ 2nd round online interview with the hiring team responsible for the role. This is a technical interview with your future leader to further communicate the role’s day-to-day activities and challenges and examine how your qualifications and experience match the position.

Final interview

If you are successful with the 2nd round interview, you will be asked to have a 60’ final discussion to ensure that we are an excellent fit for each other.

Job offer

If you are considered the top candidate for the position, we will do our best to inform you by phone with a verbal offer at our earliest convenience. We will send an email with the official offer, which you will be asked to sign and return to us so we can start your onboarding process. If you need further discussion before you decide, we would be happy to answer all your questions.

On-boarding

To make your onboarding as smooth as possible, we will provide all the necessary materials and information you will need to start your journey with us. When you join Qualco Group, you can participate in various programs and events, network with your colleagues, and set up the milestones for your new role.

How can I prepare for my interview?
  • Make sure you research the organization through our website and social media
  • Help us discover more about you. We want to have meaningful conversations that will unveil your personality and talent, so be yourself, relaxed, and honest with your answers
  • Focus on recent examples and use storytelling to discuss your experience, processes, and details. If the position asks for a specific technology in which you have qualifications and experience, don’t forget to talk about it
  • Prepare a few specific questions you would like to ask us during the interview
  • Find a quiet, well-lit, and comfortable place and ensure that your mobile phone is on silent mode to avoid distractions
  • Business casual and comfortable clothes are all it takes to feel yourself during the interview
When will I know if my interview was successful?
  • We strive to maintain transparency at every stage of the hiring process and aim to come back to our candidates as soon as we can with updates on the progress of their application
  • We ensure that we give each candidate the same attention and time needed with the aim of a fair evaluation
  • Your motivation and availability matter to us. Once the interviewing process is complete, we will reach out to you with constructive feedback on your application, regardless of the outcome
