Application

1st round interview
This (up to) 45-minute first-round conversation allows you to meet a member of the Talent Acquisition team via MS Teams. During this session, we will discuss your background, skills, and role. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of the organization and envision how you might fit into our workplace culture. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have for us.
Please note that if, after our first interview, your profile does not align with the discussed position, you will receive an acknowledgement email along with our Candidate Experience Survey to help us improve our recruitment process. We encourage you to provide valuable feedback and apply again in the future to our career opportunities.

Assessment
Depending on the position, you may be assigned to complete an online assessment and/or a case study.
2nd round interview with hiring managers
If you complete the first interview and assessment successfully, you will be invited to have a 60-minute second-round online interview with the hiring team. This technical interview will be with your future leader to further communicate the role’s day-to-day responsibilities and challenges. It will also allow us to further assess how your qualifications and experience align with the position.
Please note that if your profile doesn’t match the discussed position, you will receive an acknowledgement email along with our Candidate Experience Survey to help us improve our recruitment process. We encourage you to provide valuable feedback and apply again in the future to our career opportunities.
If you have any additional questions or, for any reason, are unable to continue with the recruitment process, we are always here to assist you.
Final interview
If you successfully complete the second-round interview, you will be invited to a 60-minute final discussion to ensure we are the right fit for each other.
Please note that if your profile is not selected as the final choice, you will receive an immediate acknowledgement email along with feedback via phone. As the next step, you will be invited to complete our Candidate Experience Survey to help us improve our recruitment process. Conditional letter
If you are selected as the top candidate for the position, we will notify you by phone at our earliest convenience. Following that, as part of our standard hiring process, you will receive a Conditional Letter via e-mail with all the necessary documents for the Pre-Employment Background Check, in accordance with our Background Check Policy.
Official offer letter
Once the background check is completed, we will send you the official offer letter, which you need to sign and return to us electronically in order to begin your journey with us. If you have any questions or need further clarification before making your decision, we are happy to assist you.
To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, we will provide all the necessary materials and information to help you get started prior to your first day. When you join Qualco Group, you will have the opportunity to participate in various programs and events, network with your colleagues, and set up the milestones for your new role.
